At Already Whole Wellness we prioritize your wellbeing, from the workplace to your personal goals, we have a variety of options to help you create and sustain a practice of whole-being wellness.

Wellness Circles
Already Whole Wellness offers wellness circles rooted in evidenced-based peer support practices, open dialogue, and safety. Wellness circles blend reflection and gentle movement to develop balance in mind, body, and spirit. We strive for healing, clarity, and grounding as markers of centered well-being.
Therapy
Neurodivergent-led, Already Whole enjoys working with neurodivergent clients and clients who identify as LGBTQIA. As a Trauma Informed Specialist and a therapist-in-training specializing in somatic modalities such as EMDR, we co-create a therapeutic plan to manage symptoms that cause suffering while acknowledging the barriers you face systemically in accessing holistic care. Our approach is individualized to focus on what each client needs most.


Somatic Practices
As a somatic practitioner, Already Whole Wellness supports women, femmes, and LGBTQIA folks in reconnecting with the deep wisdom of their bodies. Fostering healing, presence, and resilience through gentle movement and breathwork. Body awareness and guided exploration in somatic practices help clients regulate their nervous system and learn to find safety in their body.
Being a human in this beautiful and overwhelming world can feel like a full-time job! Taking the time to care for ourselves and explore our inner landscapes often feels like a luxury on top of all of our other responsibilities. Small shifts and a belief in our potential can help us live happier and healthier lives.
